mIRC perform in newer versions
Since version 6.10 the perform function in mIRC got a new location.
| ALT+O (mIRC options) > Connect > Options > [Perform] |

It is not adviced to keep passwords and similar in the perform as it is saved as plain-text in perform.ini and several trojans is designed specifically to find this file and send anything in it, back to the author.
